Signature Wisconsin Artisan Cheese Board

Three Wisconsin cheese selections are paired with seasonal fruit, walnuts, local honey, and crackers. Perfect for two to share.


Hummus & Artichoke Dip                 

Our hummus and artichoke dip topped with fresh local tomatoes and shredded Wisconsin cheese is served with baked pita chips and fresh veggies.


Black Bean Salsa Rollups

Monterey Jack and cream cheese provide a nice compliment to our black bean salsa which gives

our rollups a little kick. Served with a side of our pico de gallo.


Triple Cheese Bruschetta

Our Wisconsin triple cheese blend of feta, parmesan and cream cheese with chopped tomatoes, garlic and basil is loaded onto french bread slices and baked. Our recipe includes a touch of 18-year aged traditional balsamic vinegar which gives our bruschetta a decadent flavor.


Bacon Chicken Quesadilla

Our toasty quesadilla is filled with cheese, tomatoes, onions and fresh cilantro and cut into

wedges. Served with our pico de gallo salsa and sour cream. Vegetarian Quesadilla also available.

Six jalapenos boats are stuffed full of Wisconsin cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.
